About the Role:
Out of Court Solutions Inc is looking for a part-time mediator with backgrounds in law and psychology, and who presently resides or is willing to relocate to Maricopa County Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate neutral, structured mediation sessions between divorcing parties
- Guide clients through negotiation of asset division, allocation of debts, and any child custody, spousal support, and parenting issues
- Draft and prepare settlement agreements and other legal documents
- Maintain detailed case notes and confidential client records
Requirements:
- Maricopa County Arizona residency
- Juris Doctor degree
- Familiarity with Arizona divorce law
- Mental health degree or certification
